After the ODI World Cup debacle in 2023, Babar Azam resigned from the position of captain but the Pakistan Cricket Board has come to a conclusion to give Babar another chance for the upcoming T20 World Cup.
Babar Azam, Saim Ayub and Mohammad Rizwan will be expected to start the game from the top order. Usman Khan, Iftikhar Ahmed, and Irfan Khan will be responsible for handling the situation in the middle order.
