Punjab Kings were super active during the IPL 2024 auction and they had a long shopping list. They bought former Bangalore pacer Harshal Patel for a price of Rs 11.75 Crore.
Chris Woakes was also purchased by the management for a price of Rs 4.20 Crore & Rilee Rossouw for Rs 8 Crore. Punjab also hired the services of some fresh faces which include Ashutosh Sharma, Vishwanath Pratap Singh, Shashank Singh, and Tanay Thyagarajann.
