It was all possible because of the several T20 superstars who are celebrated not only in the country but also globally. Players like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, Hardik Pandya, Jasprit Bumrah, and Rishabh Pant have made significant contributions to India's success in T20 cricket.

Even India's bowling attack has seen a significant improvement in T20 cricket over the years. The emergence of quality fast bowlers like Jasprit Bumrah and Bhuvneshwar Kumar, along with skillful spinners like Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav, has added depth and variety to the bowling department.

1) Rohit Sharma
Skipper Rohit Sharma is one of the greatest batsmen of his generation and he specializes in T20 cricket. In recent times, the player has not played a masterful innings for the team.
On top of that, Shubman Gill and Ishan Kishan have taken over as the new talents in the team. BCCI has already given signs of the absence of Rohit Sharma from the team by transferring the leadership to Hardik Pandya in the T20 international. 2) Virat Kohli

3) Ravichandran Ashwin
Ashwin is a master of variations, boasting an extensive repertoire of spin deliveries. His arsenal includes off-spin, carrom ball, topspin, and sliders, making him a difficult bowler to read and handle for batsmen.
Even though his performance has been good, he has not been featured in a T20 fixture since T20 World Cup in 2022 and he has also missed on ODIs since January 2023. Ashwin is expected to be a full-time bowler in the Test format and he might announce his retirement from the white ball cricket.
4) Mohammed Shami
Since 2013, Mohammed Shami has performed consecutively for Team India and he never disappoints the selectors. The 32-year-old pacer has been the main focus in ODIs and Test cricket but in the absence of Jasprit Bumrah, Shami made a major contribution in the T20 cricket as well.
There are some speculations that once Bumrah is back in action after recovering from his injury, Shami might again choose to stay away from the T20 format and focus more on ODIs and Test matches.
